Brian has over 20 years of Field Service experience as a consultant and operator.
During his career, he has met hundreds of business owners and branch operators and
has identified numerous best practices for Field Service as well as the common mistakes
made in the field. He has a robust network of industry leaders that he uses to help
his clients achieve their full potential.
Recently, Brian was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of American Residential
Services and American Mechanical Services, divisions of ServiceMaster. During his
six years with ARS, Brian was involved in the acquisition of over 100 small Field
Service businesses, and took an operational leadership role in an effort to transform
the business into a high performing organization with greatly streamlined processes
and systems. These operating companies at one time had over 6,000 service technicians
and 120 branches.
Brian recently designed and led the development a next generation operating system
for a major Field Service business. The system employs GPS technology, modern WAP
and Java-based Nextel communications, a field point of sale system, and support
for bar-coded inventory control. Brian also was the creator of the award-winning
Dandy Field Serivce software, which has processed over $1 billion dollars in field
serivce sales to-date.
Brian has a Masters Degree in Mathematics from San Diego State University.

Robert is a seasoned businessman and licensed corporate attorney with more than
16 years of experience working with corporations of all sizes, including 10 years
working directly for Field Service companies (Fortune 300 and private). He works
seamlessly within all levels of an organization from the board room to front line
personnel.
He began his career as an AV rated corporate attorney concentrating on general corporate
law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, but quickly realized that Field
Service clients were the ones he gravitated toward the most. After becoming the
General Counsel of ServiceMaster’s newest Field Service subsidiary he was given
the opportunity to become one of the first Six Sigma Black Belts and quickly took
the opportunity, working in process improvement for approximately four years and
receiving his Black Belt certification. Most recently he served as Chief Legal Officer
for a growing private franchise and retail Field Service company where he built
the Legal Department using his Six Sigma knowledge.
His experience includes the utilization of project management skills to complete
projects on time and under budget with verifiable results. His work includes heading
up a project directly leading to the reduction of service technician turnover by
over 27%. He has also been on the front lines, having overseen the development,
oversight and implementation of turnaround business strategies for a Field Service
branch office as its General Manager.
Robert has a Masters Degree in Corporate Law from New York University and received
his Law and Accounting Degrees from the University of Arkansas.
